Delivery Cost
Due to the many delivery options available, we quote delivery cost based on the selected option according to the destination. After receiving your order, we will contact you with the "exact delivery cost" to you and process the order when you have confirmed acceptance.

Substitution
In the event that an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a product of similar value and quality.

Guarantee
When you order from us you are guaranteed that your gift will be abundantly picked with quality products so that your gift recipient will be delighted.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase simply return the item and tell us whether you would like, a replacement, an exchange, a credit note or a refund.
